FAQ

Have questions not answered here??

Please text me, Jessica, your question at 352-380-1725 and I'd be more than happy to help!! :)

What is the daily schedule for the campers?

Each day the campers will have a structured physical activity, a structured learning or creative activity and 2 free play sessions. They will also have water breaks, lunch breaks and short breaks in between activities. We have 3 themes we are using during the summer that the activities will be related to: Oceans/Beaches, Pirates and Carnival/Circus.

There will be messy play, use of the Bouncers play gym, games and more.

On FRIDAYS the campers will participate on our Splash Pad.

Camp Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm

How do I apply?

All registrants can apply online by clicking the link above that says "REGISTER NOW"

Are there any discounts?

Yes, we have discounts for attending all weeks and we also have additional sibling discounts of 5%.

Do you accept ELC funding?

No we do not accept ELC funding

What is included?

Afternoon snacks are included, each day campers will need to bring their own bag lunch and water bottle with their name clearly written on each so it can be separated and identified.

What do I bring to camp? What should I wear?

Campers should wear comfortable, athletic wear with socks and closed toe shoes. All campers should bring a water battle to stay hydrated, we have water fountains for them to top this off if their water battle gets low. On Fridays they will need to bring a towel, swimsuit and sunscreen for water day at our splashpark.

What COVID protocols do you have in place?

We have a forehead temperature monitoring station at check in and all children must use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility. We do not require masks for campers due to athletic nature of the camp but they may choose to wear them. We also have scheduled facility wipe downs w approved sanitizer solution.

What happens if my child is injured or sick during camp?

Our staff will contact the parents for pickup if sick, campers cannot attend that day if their temperature is above 101 degrees and cannot attend until they have been fever free for 24 hours. If your child is injured, and can't continue playing, a parent will be called to come pick them up

What happens in the event of bad weather?

We are lucky to have access to the indoor Bouncers gym so we will just move outdoor activities inside, however if weather occurs on Fridays we will first try to adjust the time of use on the splashpad but if the weather does not cooperate, it is possible for that outside activity to be canceled for the day.

What if I have a sibling that is younger than 5?

There are younger camp options next door at A Child's Academy, you can reach out to them at enrollment @ achildsacademy.com

What if I have a sibling that is older than 10?

Unfortunately we aren't the best option for you if you need to have them at the same place. Thanks!
